Shipping policy

Once placed online, your order will be processed within 2 working days. The items are carefully packaged in a cotton bag and then in an environmentally friendly postage envelope. 

U.K Customers:

For U.K. sales, we use Royal Mail services and you will be provided with a tracking number to keep tabs on your parcel. You should then receive your parcel 48 hours after the time it is posted. There will be a packing slip detailing your purchase, together with a card from one of the team.

If processing times are likely to be longer, for example during holidays, there will be information regarding this at the top of the website.

International Customers:

If you are ordering from outside of the U.K., shipping rates will be shown when you enter your country and address. Rates are shown for different geographic regions. Please note that international orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery may be delayed if customs processing is required. We advise all international customers to research customs duties, taxes, and/or fees imposed by their country before placing an order.
